Customer Support Controls Engineer

Inca Digital Printers Ltd is a fast growing seven year old company with world leading technology and a growing number of international customers. We are a complete company comprising product conception, development, manufacture and customer service.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, the Customer Support Controls Engineer will share responsibility with other team members for managing installations, training, servicing, product upgrade and providing ongoing customer support. Key activities include:
· Carrying out site surveys
· Planning and organising product installations
· Conducting product installations, including operator training and product acceptance sign-off and handover to customers
· Implementing Product upgrades

Probably educated to at least HNC / HND level in electrical or electronic engineering, with knowledge of Allen Bradley logix 5000, the successful candidate will ideally have several years experience in a similar role, hands-on machine build experience, and experience of site installations and travel worldwide.

Proven experience of electro-mechanical machinery is essential, as is experience of motion systems, electrical circuits, pneumatics and PLC control. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently is a prerequisite for this role, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Salary: £25k-£32k plus car allowance, away bonuses & other benefits.
