Electrical Commissioning Technician

Inca Digital Printers Ltd is a fast growing seven year old innovation company with world leading technology and a growing number of international customers. We are a complete company comprising product conception, development, manufacture and customer service.

We have an opportunity for a time served control technician who is experienced in commissioning PLC, PC, and motion systems. The role will involve all aspects of electrically commissioning, from receipt of a fully assembled machine through to final test and hand over to the customer.

Qualified to at least HNC or HND level in electrical and electronic engineering, with knowledge of Allen Bradley logix 5000, Beckhoff, Twincat and Siemens S7/Simotion an advantage. The ideal candidate will probably have at least 3 years experience gained in a product manufacturing environment, with proven experience of electro-mechanical machinery, motion systems, pneumatics, wiring and PLC control. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently. Flexibility will be required within this role, and there may be some requirement to work on-site.

Salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
