Software Engineer
We are looking for a bright software engineer with experience in Visual C++ for Windows and an interest in multi-disciplinary work. The role will provide a fantastic opportunity to develop and deploy a wide range of software skills, including user interfaces, image processing and interfacing to PCI hardware and motion controllers.
Our candidate will be an engineering or science graduate with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience in Windows software development using Visual C++ / .NET / MFC / Win32 SDK. Experience working with multi-threaded, real-time or distributed applications is important. The ideal candidate will also have basic knowledge in the areas of .NET3 (WPF) technology, image processing, using PCs for hardware control, DDK development and hardware integration.
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are prerequisites for this role, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Salary: Dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
