Terms & Conditions

1. Entries must have been produced using an Inca digital printer, between 1st May 2011 and 30th April 2012. There is no restriction as to the substrates or consumables used. You can submit a maximum of 5 entries in whichever categories you wish. Inca reserves the right to move an entry to a different category if, in the judges' opinion, the job is more appropriate to the new category.

2. Entries must be submitted using the online entry process by 31st July 2012. No entries received after this date will be considered for an award.

3. All entries must be submitted in English and accompanied by at least three digital images of the finished job. We cannot accept printed samples, but we may request a sample of the category winners. Digital images must meet the technical specifications set out on the 'How to Enter' page.

4. You give Inca permission to use all your entries for promotional and PR purposes. When entries are used in promotional material, the names of all parties involved in the conception and production of the entry will be included. All entries will be posted on the IDEAs website.
5. Before submitting an entry, you must gain all the necessary permissions from your client and any other parties involved in the job - for example, advertising and design agencies, photographers etc. Likewise, you must ensure that all images used in your entry are free from restrictions on their use on the IDEAs website or in print.

6. Judging will take place in August 2012. Winners of each category will be informed of their success as soon as possible after the judging is completed. Winners will be announced and awards presented at SGIA Expo Las Vegas 2012. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decisions.
7. Category winners will receive a return flight to SGIA Expo Las Vegas which runs from 18th to 20th October 2012 inclusive, and two nights' hotel accommodation (hotel recommendations will be provided if you wish to book additional nights). For those travelling from outside the USA, the trip must include a Saturday night.
8. All entrants will be invited to attend the IDEAs presentation party, to be held at SGIA Expo Las Vegas 2012.
9. Inca Digital and Fujifilm employees are not permitted to enter the competition.
