Since the first launch of the Eagle 44 in 2001, Inca Digital has been successfully designing and shipping machines to all parts of the world. Many of the very first printers are still in operation.
Some move on as used presses, whilst others continue as workhorses in the various companies, despite them adding more recent equipment to their portfolio.

Onset
The first flatbed machine in the market to make the step change to full width print arrays, the Onset set the benchmark for throughput and quality when it was launched in 2007. Capable of delivering up to 750 m2/hr (165 full sheets per hour) using its automation system and offering the choice of satin or gloss print modes, the Onset is the first real challenge to screen printing volumes.
Onset S40i
Grow your business with Inca’s latest flatbed printer in the Onset series. The Inca Onset S40i supersedes the Onset S40 and includes a variety of new, intelligent design features that increase productivity, print quality and reliability.
Onset S20i
A fast flatbed printer with a full width print array, the Onset S20i supersedes the Onset S20 and delivers up to 310 m2/hr (55 full sheet prints per hour) using its automation system.
Spyder V
Inca Spyder V offers speeds up to 130 m2/hr (up to 17 full sheets per hour), having twice as many heads per colour as the Spyder 320, to deliver the increased productivity. Available from a four colour to a six colour machine or with white as an option, the Spyder V delivers reliable productivity in the mid-range market.
Spyder 320
A versatile mid range flatbed printer with a bed size of 3.2m x 1.6m, capable of speeds of up to 80 m2/hr (approximately 12 full sheets of print per hour), the Spyder 320 comes in a number of configurations, including white and offers eight colour capability.
Automation
For the Inca Onset series, which are designed for high volume, cost-effective printing on a wide variety of materials - automation really needs to be considered. As print times on an Onset can be shorter than the manual loading time, minimum handling time and maximum productivity is ensured by adding automation. Inca’s versatile automation system gives users the ability to operate in manual, semi- or 3/4 automation from the same configuration.
