AutoSpeed

The AutoSpeed is a new, flexible semi-automated system that has been designed to maximise printing throughput with Columbia Turbo, Columbia Turbo 220 and Columbia printers.

The system has been developed to Inca's specification to deliver a solution which is flexible and functional. It

AutoSpeed can handle most rigid and flexible POP materials up to 10kg per sheet and can be quickly changed back to manual mode when necessary.

This modular approach and flexible design results in a system which is easy to integrate with established production setups.

Typically changeover time is reduced from 40-45 seconds to 10-15 seconds, potentially increasing the print productivity by between 10 and 35 sq metres per hour. One operator can therefore run two machines.

The system design allows materials to be prepared in position whilst the previous sheet is printing (for example anti-static brushing or protective film removal) creating further time savings.
