either directly or via Inca qualified support partners. Every
support engineer has to pass Inca's training program which
ensures they know how to efficiently resolve technical queries on an Inca
machine.
We take our responsibility very seriously, to ensure that each and every
printer is operating every day as required. We understand
that time is money and take every measure possible to ensure
that each Inca printer is reliable, from its
design through to build and operation.
Inca has made significant investment to ensure that the quality of support exceeds expectations from initial site surveys, through to installs, servicing, and fault calls.
