Training

Inca's dedicated training department understands that the investment in an inkjet printer includes an investment in training. Inca printers are easy to use however Inca is dedicated to ensuring that every Inca user is trained to competently use and maintain their Inca printer.

The experienced technical trainers provide training to Inca printer users on every Inca printer model available. They also support the Inca service agents around the world, training support engineers and other trainers, as well as users. The training suite at Inca's UK headquarters provides access to a range of Inca printers enabling students to gain hands on experience of basic maintenance, and operation in a controlled environment away from the distractions of the print shop.

 

 

Trainers can also attend an installation and complete a training course on your site to a number of your staff. This can also be conducted at a later date should you wish to train further staff.Courses are presented using a combination of practical workshop exercises and classroom based learning. Upwards of 90% of each course is practical "Hands On". Courses are fully documented with training manuals and are certificated.

Operators are supported by the training department's interactive online support system which provides visual reminders and prompts to the user on their return to their own facility. This important resource provides an additional tool for Inca printer owners and operators.
