In response to the needs of our customers, Inca has introduced a powerful software tool called ReporterPro. This software is designed to provide customers with detailed information on the productivity of their Onset and Spyder printers.
ReporterPro gives production managers access to a wide range of useful production statistics, enabling them to fine tune production schedules, improve the accuracy of job estimating and generate a variety of internal management reports.
Users can search using multiple criteria such as file name, job number and customer name and the system can be tailored to deliver specific data such as machine utilisation, productivity (number of sheets printed) and quantity of ink used per job. Reports can be generated for a single machine focusing on a specific time-frame, or it is possible to examine data relating to jobs for a single customer printed on a number of different Inca printers. ReporterPro connects to printer databases via ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) connection from the PC on the Inca printer.
As well as a front end browser, like any normal database, data can be exported as a CSV file and then imported into an Excel spreadsheet, estimating system or even an MIS. ReporterPro has an intuitive user interface and is simple to use once set up.
