Remote Support

To help diagnose faults and resolve technical issues, the Inca Customer Service Team is able to offer secure online assistance for directly-supported contracted customers using TeamViewer®.

How to Obtain Remote Support

  1. Download the TeamViewerQS (Quick Support) application onto your PC’s desktop by clicking here.
  2. Open the application. When ready, an ID number and password will be displayed.
  3. Give these details to the Inca Support Engineer to allow them to connect to you remotely.
