The Inca Customer Support Team is able to offer secure online assistance for directly-supported contracted customers using TeamViewer®, to help diagnose faults and resolve technical issues.

How to Obtain Remote Support

Download the file below onto your PC’s desktop:

TeamViewerQS (V6) for Windows 2000

TeamViewerQS (V14) for all other Windows versions

When you open this file, an ID number and password will appear and these details then need to be given to the Inca Support Engineer. This will enable the engineer to connect to you remotely.
